Refund policy
Custom-built, configured, or made-to-order equipment is non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Due to the nature of industrial automation equipment, all such sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Standard equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be approved in advance and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% depending on product condition and configuration.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, including the original outbound shipping and return freight.
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
Orders may not be cancelled once production, procurement, or configuration has begun.
All products are sold for commercial and industrial use only. Purchases are considered business-to-business transactions and are not subject to consumer retail return policies.
